How does commission work?
We take 20% commission on a retailer’s first order with you and 15% on reorders (excl. VAT). If you successfully refer your existing stockists and retail contacts, you will never pay commission on orders from them made through CREOATE.
How does shipping work?
We (or your buyer) covers the cost of shipping your order, and we even arrange for it to be collected for you. If you’d prefer, you can arrange to self-ship your orders.
How do I add products to my store?
Log into your dashboard and click on the Products option on the left. You will then see that in the right hand corner there is the option to ‘Add products’. Click on this option and you will be able to add all products you would like listed on your storefront. Please fill in the mandatory fields in order for each product to be saved correctly, including at least one image, and don’t forget to hit ‘Save’. The product will then show up in ‘Drafts’ until you set it live.
How do I amend an order?
If you need to amend an order, you have the following options:
Items out of stock: Suggest a replacement to your customer using the order modification option within the customer’s order. If no replacements are available, change the quantity of the item to 0 or if the customer declines, choose ‘Request a Refund’ in your Order Dashboard.
Adding more items to an existing order: Sometimes your suggestions on alternative options result in additional items needing to be added to an order. The order may be amended if it has not yet been fulfilled, so please make sure this is addressed with our customer success team on Live Chat while the order is still in processing status.
All modifications are subject to your customer’s approval, and please allow up to 48h for them to reply. If they don’t, our customer success team can help — just reach out to us via live chat.
Can I join if I sell on other platforms like Amazon or Etsy?
Yes, you can still join CREOATE if you sell across other platforms.
