The Price Match Promise is valid on all products sold on CREOATE. However, please note that we can only price match websites within your shipping country and local currency.

No, there's no limit on the amount you can receive back with a price match.
How long will it take to hear back about my price match?
We'll review your price match application as soon as possible, but please allow 5-7 working days to hear back. We'll contact you via email.
Differences arising from FX will not be considered. The product(s) claimed must be identical and priced within the claim window of 30 days from purchase. Both us and the competitor must have the product in stock and ready for delivery. We reserve the right to refuse a price match where we suspect fraud or unauthorised reseller activity. We do not match prices available as part of a paid for membership/subscription or bulk discounts where the same quantity is not met. We must be able to verify the lower price by the store's website with a provided link and screenshot.
